I was looking for the motion to dismiss the Kanata Greenspace court application v Clublink as was mentioned
in the Aif.
Found a land Tribunal case concerning Huntsville done last year.
Tidbit, Clublink owns 1800 acres in between Huntsville and the Hidden Valley recreation area.
1800 acres. Heading to various forms of land use.
