RE:RE:News sum aryThis project is a typical example of the madness of the anti-carbon movement. This project may be renewable but it is definitely not good for the environment in much the same fashion as ground mounted solar on farmland. Land should be used for growing food or to provide wildlife habitat. This project does neither. Worse, because of the market distortion caused by the tax credits it may make marginal lands economical for the farmer thereby putting further pressure on wildlife habitat. The environment is more than climate change.
