No NCIB Share Repurchases Imminent

No NCIB Share Repurchases ImminentJust listened to the Q4 conference call.  Not very illuminating.  They did say they will not be doing any NCIB repurchases until after the convertible debenture refinancing is completed (which could be any time between now and September).  This sounded like it was the top item on their agenda for the next little while, along with getting the RD facility running smoothly at capacity.  Did say they could re-evaluate the BRC/deep basin writedown if things change but did not really sound like a very likely eventuality.
