Yielding 11 % how safe is Div. ??????????

I consider the divvy to be safe...but now with the stock at 13.31 (yes I am still adding on the way down during the market sell off) it is appoaching 15 percent. This is a long term hold in my divvy portfolio.

Still holding this one and glad I accumulated a lot back when it was in the the low 13's.
