RE:Paul has little cashWhy would I care if they need to raise money, all juniors raise money until they reach positive cash flow. I'm more involved in the metals side than the O&G side and the juniors in that space are constantly raising money. But when it's on the heels of making a significant discovery, like this one, the terms are usually very favourable.
TXP's last raise was at .68 and it's market cap was around $120 Million, if they raise money now, even as low as $ 1.68 that will be at a market cap almost $ 200 Million higher than the last raise.
God if every junior I ever owned only raised money after a $ 200 Million rise in it's market cap I'd be a billionaire right now.
So they issue some stock, lets suggest 10 Million shares @ $ 1.68 , that's dilution of 5 % and with continued success that money could propel the market cap higher by another $ 200 Million.
Oh gee , how depressing.
Keep talking, every time you open your yap you confirm what an idiot you are.

figure the burn and stuff to run the company for a qtr... and they had $5 mill on the credit line... so they are in that problem area now... the drill is maybe $6 leavin them under $6 to drill the deeper, more costly well... nope...
Paul is runnin out... time to raise money, share issue!
when you doubters like my troll goaweigh and udder troll chreca... when you grow up to be big investors, if ever... you will have learned that cash is paramount... now having a tcf is sweet... but when you are still on it for millions more and months away... cash is gonna hurt, or it does hurt as Paul is now runnin below what most smart investors would recognize as low, a very low liquidity situation
Paul, we gots a situation here (notice we, I aint out, most likely will be after a week or so) then when they issue shares at a 10% discount when the stock is down upon peeps realizing the liquidity situation... I will buy it back and might get a third more shares than what I gots now...lol
planning, scritinizing, anticipationg... when you grow up to be a growd up investor, then you will know...lol
