RE:Manipulation? What Manipulation ? Or Is it the Market $illy!

Lurk & Learns:

100% SPECULATION; but a topic IMHO more important than any other currently impacting TXP. Not the least of which is an offer prefaced/suffixed with, "based on the 30 day weighted average price......"

Reason being, sometimes my posts are more about an expectation that Touchstone as a (partial) remedy to what ails T & T financially, socially & politically. 

While I can feel 109% comfortable in the technical & actualized discovery competence of the TXP staff; some of (my) long time "readers" might wonder why I have been so (mononotous...aka going on and on ad naseum) about the appearence of external entities (apparently) working against Touchstone's rightly deserved orbit...yes day after day. Since the old adage "purloiners don't make a habit of stealing $hiq".... does give me some sense of comfort as a "TXP lifer". 

Finally getting to use my Canadian Securities Course edifications, I then began to dig deeper into the forces that appear to be not aligned with Touchstones aspirational statement(s) ..... the largest ONSHORE gas producer in T & T.

Meaning in order to understand this "market reality", I spend some time with the assistance of "Dr Google" & You Tube, trying to come to grips with these "market forces", with the best advice tthat the NASDAQ has to offer to those who believe in the Touchstone's long term story to:

"Action To Take : Be alert to manipulation when making investing decisions. The best way to protect yourself from the manipulators is to invest for the long term."

For the benefit of (my) Lurk & Learns I selected the NASDAQ (heads up) on the signs and symptoms to look out for. In TXP's case, that inflection point (delayed but irrefutable) is until POSITIVE earnings per share (EPS) in (say) H1 2022?? BWDIK?
