So Eric has completely ignored the fact that we have virtually no Capex. He wants a Co. with massive blue sky on the discovery side and also wants the added upside of rising commodity pricing but doesn't realize that commodies not only rise but can also fall and we have the protection against falling commodity pricing, at least for 5 years as I read it. No he led with his big problem with the stock, he simply can't buy it in meaningful volumes of shares. The obvious reason being because txp don't need to do any cheap placing with his fund. It's a fair point he made that TXP don't have upside price leverage with rising WTI, but what they do have is a guaranteed price, which most CEOs would give their right arm for given TXP& ...more

With a float of 200,000,000 and months of waiting for news there has been plenty of opportunity to buy the stock and we've done financings that he could have participated in. I suspect he missed the play entirely and he thinks it's too late to start chasing it now. If every institutional guy used the same BS excuse and refused to buy stock in a Co. like TXP that dosen't need cash how ...more

The fact that any manager says that they cannot buy any high number of shares and uses that as an excuse as to why they do not invest is just BS! If they were interested there would be nothing stopping them to load up a position over time. It is a lazy shitty statement! Oh, I cannot buy 5 million shares cheap in 5 minutes so I do not bother to invest.  Why not buy 50-100K each day and ...more
