Euro stock reports TXP have a current short interest of around 8%. 

This corresponds to around 18million shares! Given TXP is fortunate to trade around 1million shares per day it could take more than two weeks of trading to make a dent in that figure. There is just no way whoever is short can cover that many shares without spiking the price. The logical way to cover would be to participate in any placements but there is no reason for any placement here short term. 

don't sell your shares here cheap. We know Cascadura is worth far more alone than the current share price when it eventually comes on. Squeeze the shorters and make them burn

The latest Euroclear stock on loan figures will be out 2nd week of June.  As soon as the figures are available then I will post them. Last update was : Euroclear's latest Stock on Loan(short) Report published 7th May 20201 8.65% - Touchstone Exp / (up from 7.14% reported April 2021)

I have already written my email to Paul in the event of a Royston success ..........and I suggest others do the same when the time comes........ And if its a failure, then its tin hats on and ride the bad sentiment for 6 months......whilst every muppet posts ill of TXP on all the bulletin boards........  TXP has around 150p a share of proven reserves now, so whilst the share price will react

Shorts have been falling along with SP over the last 3 months not a good sign.

Lurk & Learns + Bully 1985 + Cherca1 + Proselenes: Not sure if the TXP Short position on the TSX (i.e. 0.13% of float) is as significant vis a vis the afore mentioned Euro Stock Reports. However the report for May 31 2021 might be insightful and\or mirror\replicate the "significant" short drama (aka squeeze) possible based on the "string" of potential announcements
