While TXP "languishes" under C$1.00 there are POSITIVE factors (in this case political) working (albeit behind the scene and based on his tenor) in favour of Touchstone's transition to a successful steady state producer (aka nameplate or FORECAST 2024 exit rate).

Note his mention of the term TCF while addressing his (at least one non Trini O & G) critics, while not (yet) attributed to TXP it is hopeful that the Ortoire (& Clear River Swap) would elevate TXP to this exclusive "gas club" that he listed.

For the PATIENT, and in difference to the detractors, the public statements of those who can be seen (or even assumed) to be in a position to assist (ease) TXP into making PB's YE forecast a reality can be symptomatic of important data points.
