RE:Return of Capital

RE:Return of Capital
Well it seems it's time for another return of capital. This time it is 66 cents per share payable on May 29. Share value will drop again. And on we go to the next.

I see there is virtually no discussion here anymore -- does that suggest most people have sold and left after the last payout?

I remember being in a 'Limited Partnership' possibly 25 years ago that did much the same. They returned capital every month. The amount got less and less until one day they got purchased by someone and all returns were cancelled. It was $20K I put in originally and in the end I think I had about $19K returned to me over about 10 years. I could have put my $20K in my own bank account, received a bit of interest, paid myself each month and been further ahead. That was a learning curve. Now it has me wondering about this one. Is it a loss in the end?
