TZZ is being wound up and the funds are being returned to shareholders as they become available.  The drop in the share price is due to a special distributiuon of $2.46 per share.

The special distribution is for TZS, not TZZ.  It's also just a return of capital from matured mortgages, so the book value will be reduced equal to the distribution.  They will continue ...more
