Recent Conference Calls on Half year

Recent Conference Calls on Half year
Anyone into these Trez shares. (there seem to be few and I am one of them thanks to a Broker with whom I am parting), should listen to the Conference calls. My Broker was one of those questioning especially on this one as to what Management is going to do to boost Mkt Price.
NAV is well over $9 and this is trading at a 35-40% discount while the Yield for the moment
seems OK,  but likely to drop as new deals are being done at lower rates, Like 5%.
That includes the large deal taken over by the Principals who have guaranteed.

Anyway basically in the Conference, there are quite a few criticisms of Management in light of the Dsicount to NAV. The argument, rightly, is that they should be liquidating the business in its present form and give the shareholders their money as it gives a much better retrun than any Dividend.
If they want to continue in the busness, they shoud create another vehicle as clearly the Market (and there is a big Short) dosn't appreciate the model.   Coments from any holders welcome
Cheers
