what are we looking at here...

what are we looking at here... Hey guys,

 I am a big UEX fan and have been accumulating ever since it dropped from the 8$ marker a few years ago. I'm small time so my accumulation isn't like some of yours (even though I wish it was).
 I'm not a chart reader per-say and I'd like to know what we are seeing here. It waited so long to break out and now it's moving along very well...what is the forecast for the run? When is resistance?
