Indeed it was funny!


But it is somehow funny, when I looked on mobile device, I did not see the same as I saw on my laptop. Just realising it. Sorry about that. On my phone, all I saw was the article referred at the bottome of the page regarding chinese installing 10 Giga watts of solar panel. Not the flow chart. But the way it displayed on my phone, on a single line, made me laugh. Sorry for commenting on something not intended!
