If you own 10,000 UEX shares today and the CoEX takes effect say September 15 and it is 1 for 1
On September 16, you will own 10,000 shares of UEX and 10,000 shares of CoEX.
With 389,000,000 shares and about 3,000,000 LBS of Cobalt that puts the value of CoEx at what ... Depending on the price per LB of Cobalt - was over $ 40 months ago and will be again. That is the tricky part in my opinion. And the LBS of Cobalt in the ground at WB is going to grow as well. Easily could double or triple.
I do not think it should be 1 for 1 as would not a higher share price well above $ 1.00 be better long term for CoEX ? Get away from this penny stock talk. Just sayin. Still a ridiculous steal with UEX at around $0.20 per.
