RE:I RememberThis deal along with the financing needs to be investigated further and Roger needs to be prepared to answer to the shareholders. Roger has demonstrated colossal failures to lead one after another creating zero shareholder value since he took the leadership roll back in Dec 2013. In my opinion the Board should act quickly in Rogers removal from the leadership roll or have another vote and let the shareholders decide or risk losing the confidence of the shareholders of the board of Directors next June.
