Coex Metals Spin-out needs to be addressed

Coex Metals Spin-out needs to be addressedAs a shareholder I'm growing tired of hearing Rogers excuses of when the Coex spin-out will happen its always later date, like for years now, he needs to give us a solid timeline when the spin-out will take place. I believe the real reason Rogers has not yet spun-out Coex is because he wants to control both companies and all of us long term shareholders all know that Roger does not have this skillset, if you don't believe me just read his Linked in he says he's on a quest to create large mining mineral resource company or something like that... We all know that Roger does not have the skill-set in his toolbox to pull that off.... Roger is an errand boy to Denison & Sprott
