Just a reminder to UEC

Just a reminder to UECUEX is bringing same amount of uranium pounds to the table 150M lbs. Shea creek considered the Crown Jewel of the basin. Cobalt & Nickle resources. Your first offer to shareholders of only owning 13.7% of the new company is extremely week and you will have to do much better to get this deal done.... thats all..
