U308 Price Projections

U308 Price ProjectionsFound this on Cameco Yahoo message board: "The Weekend Australian" quotes one Thomas Neff of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology who believes uranium will reach $US110/lb over the next five years. It also quotes the Nuclear Energy Agency as stating that existing mines cannot meet demand & stock piles are being run down fast. It is predicting not enough new mines will come into production in the years to 2020 to meet demand. It adds that the latest supply contracts have been inked at $US23/lb. These gems were tucked away in the employment section which runds several pages for mining & engineering positions. The editorial usually has some current topic of interest as the lead story. The Energy conference in Sydney has stirred up debate on many items including nuclear energy. Most delegates agreed that nuclear energy would alleviate the electricity shortage problem but few said that it would happen in this country. Ahh! Politicians. What happens when the lights go out? Cheers, Harv PS $110/lb would put CCO at $200 after a 2 for 1 split. That would propel UEX to say $20 or $30. Oh my!
