So which is it Mangoe? Here are two of your inserts from two different posts.

Makes no difference it work out to the same 1 for 5, 1 for 10, you get  a small amount of shares and a much higher stock price on the buy out side, 1 for 1 spin out you get a large amount of shares and a much lower stock price on the buy out side, what is important is the size of the Cobalt and Nickel deposit. It is psychological manipulation people beleive if I get less shares on a stock spin out and get  a much higher price on the buy out I am makig more money, compare to a 1 for 1 spin out with large amount of shares and a much lower tock price on the buy out side.


The maximum value for shareholders in a spin out into COEX would be a stock ratio 1 for 1,(my perference) anything less than this ratio would be less money in your pocket unless the buy out price coincide with the stock ratio spin off numbers then it is a draw it does not matter, since this is free money in my pocket I will accept any stock ratio spin off, but my perference is 1 for 1.
