I remember from RR it was "2 years "in 2016, "2 years" in 2017, "2 years" in 2018 and then as some point the narrative switched to "not if but when". 

To that point whoever lost money should fundamentally blame himself for listening, not RR. And apply more due diligence next time. And also realize that money is not made easily, both at work and at stocks, and that there are significant risks involved. Hopefully this is a lesson of these things. 

Regarding UEX, I still think it's good value and just cross my fingers that dilution doesn't come too low. But hey if you're worried about that, go and don't look back.
