RE:Long awaited UEX NEWS Not exciting news and I doubt the cost to update were high, but still important work that needs to be done nonetheless. The last compliant report was almost 10 years old and about to be stale dated.
I don't know the full securities details on what is required, but a lot of basic stuff such as spinout, direct public share issuance, probably financing need a current compliant report.
That was the same reason for horseshoe raven. For Shea this would likely have been coordinated with Orano, could just be housekeeping, could I dictate Orano as managing partner might want to drill again soon.
