WIN WIN for UEC, they cannot lose  if they get UEX at current offer it is a steal, & if somebody comes in & make a more expensive offer, & they choose not to match it, they still win with all the cheap shares they are buying from some shareholders right now, they are hedging  against a possible higher offer in the future where they can benefit , maybe they know something that we all don't know, based on these massive cheap accumulation of shares.
