ROC is great. you don't pay till you sell and that can be when you are in the lowest tax bracket. And even when before that CG is preferred to dividends or interest income any day. In your RRSP it is all taxed as interest so only put interest or other income dividends in there.
Course UF just clawed back all future distributions for '08 so problem solved by normal course problems : )
