WHALER THEY (ISM) SAID NO !!!!!!!!

WHALER THEY (ISM) SAID NO !!!!!!!!Dear PUMPER WHALER ---- MILLER WAS OFFERED TWO SEATS AND SAID NO !!!!!

Now what do you have to spin ...........?????

I am waiting for your response on the 'Randy Miller" compensation package voted by the ISM BOARD ???

This entire ISM affair will end up in a Court Room IMHO .......

======================================================================

Whaler post here in mid March 20111............

in particular I asked how selling could be anything but intentional; how selling at the price levels to which the poster referred could result in a loss; and how anything other than company funds could be used to acquire the shares".

How about waiting until someone can prove that Randy Miller or ISM is in fact selling off their position (or any part of) in UMJ :)
I am still waiting to see that despite the posters claims they are selling. Any idea what their ACB is on the 13 million shares they hold?

13 million shares and almost at the 20% control position, a new slate for the board may be a tad overzealous on the part of ISM, especially after not having provideda list of prospects, but I would say they do deserve a spot or two.
