25:1 as of what date?

So is this a fixed .15 deal or will it hedge on the actual stock price by a certain date?

Anyond have the actual details?  So basically we'll get 1 share for every 25 we hold of NKL.  It looks like a fantastic company.  I know NKL holders don't like it but they just acquired a good chunk of properties with years of mining.  Especially with ore shortages starting to pop up I'm positive you'll see prices start to go high again.

When the deal closes on June 15th is the way I read it.  My guess in NKL will be 6 dollars by then which puts us over 20 cents easily, barring another stock market meltdown.    My prediction is based on an upcoming PEA from NKL that should show NPV for Wellgreen over a billion dollars (50 billion of metal in the ground and could double or even quadruple on drilling).  Which ...more

cupricity, I think your statement about Sutcliffe is grossly unfair. Given the development stage of Shakespeare at the time of the market crash in 2008 (it had just started mining) and the steadily depressed prices for Ni and Cu since, I can't see any CEO being able to successfully bring the company to a glorious, profitable success even given the size of the deposit. Timing is everything in ...more

Well we'l have to see what NKL is at by then.  It is a long way aways.  That is why people should be chomping up this stock like mad.  Especially at .12

I'd have to agree.  I used to own NKL, but after the deal was announced, I rolled my NKL holdings into UMJ. 25 UMJ shares for one NKL share sounds great to me.  UMJ at .12 is like buying NKL at $3.00.  UMJ at .14 equates to $3.50 NKL. Buying these .12s is a no brainer with NKL at 3.37 right now.

I am not sure this is a fixed deal at .15. When the deal was agreed Prophecy share price was $3.70.  What if the share price plummets before the sighing? Do we still get 1 for 25 . What if the share price rises? Do we get less shares as that would push  the 30% premium higher?

If there are no changes to the deal by umj and nkl, you will get 1 for 25.    You will get the 1 for 25 irregardess of what the market share price is for either company, that is if you tender to the deal.    If you sell prior to the closing you will get a ratio of 4%, which could be less then .15 or more then .15.   Using the numbers from the press release for the takeover ...more
