UMJ takeover

Okay with this buyout coming up and a known take out price of .15, why are UMJ shares still trading at .11 ?

It isn't a 'known take out price of .15'.  The takeover deal is a 25 to 1 conversion on closing in mid June.  If NKL is $5 at that time, the conversion rate would effectively make your UMJ shares worth 20 cents each.  If NKL is still $2..87 at that time, your UMJ shares will only be worth 11.5 cents.  Still a full cent more than the current .105 bid. I should add, if NKL ONLY gets back to the $4.25 it was trading at in February, when people were expecting the PEA to be released, UMJ shares would be worth 17 cents with the 25:1 conversion ratio. After the last two analysts came out with targets well north of twice what NKL is trading for today, and NPV estimates over a billion dollars, I'd personally consider it laughable if NKL didn't ...more

Get them cheap while you can.  NKL and UMJ should be trading in sync with each other, yet here we are with UMJ down 12% and NKL only down 4% today.  Loving it! :)

With the Indonesian export ban on nickel, NKL should expect to see their SP move up sharply in the coming months IMHO. This bodes well for UMJ as a result. GLTA
