OCFC2 contract

10 years in making by such an 'efficient' Fedral Govt. BOS must have same concerns so don't see Govt able to continue with RFP as it was constructed and with now only one responder. eom

I believe that BOS has also responded to RFP and so I got cold feet and sold. Only question that remained for me is if BOS could possibly need UNI for any part of the contract requirements if BOS ...more

They are close to the edge, can't take to much more. Further losses are likely to end with c19 vaccine. Reading their financial statements is curious, how did they make $7 in 2018?
