RE:Multi pronged approach ie Space's ideaRespectfully, this doesn't make sense at this point (and arguably ever).  Last summer there were a bunch of fast money accounts who bought into the deal becasue it was hyped on every desk on Bay St. so maybe maybe you can make a case for it then (still don't buy it) but definitely not now.  Those guys are long gone.  Whoever is left has been burned badly but has held on and maybe some new investors have joined but I doubt that number is significant.  

Do you really think it a prudent strategy to sabotage your share price so that somehow "better" shareholders take their place? Why would they when they know management doesn't have their back? What am I missing?

If they start doing the things you are suggesting they will have a very hard time finding new investors which they desperately need.
