You seem to be very emotional about this. Did you think about the possibility that the audit may need more time, they want to provide guidance, and maybe maybe they want to have a contract locked and loaded to talk about?

While theyhave not been capital markets savvy they are not stupid and at this point they would have heard everything there is to hear about how they should be dealing with the markets.
