It would make sense that they would tap the market for additional capital to fulfill the equity component that the banks would require with EDC coverage.
On a positive note I would expect that additional contracts will be signed and announced prior to an equity raise which would in a perfect world push the stock up a chunk prior to that.
Perhaps I am wrong here but I don't think that 100% debt funding is in the cards here, but I would love to be proven wrong.
