My statement: by end of April, probably a few days earlier, UR will regrettably inform partners, shareholders, etc that due to some unexpected events and despite of very serious negotiations over the past months, the company was unable to finalise the terms of the financing. No further details will be given.

In May I will provide the next developments.
By then you will have either left the blog or changed nickname.
