For what we may read in the NR tells us they have a non-binding agreement that is dependent upon other agreements that are not yet signed... Geosys twitter sees a huge step forward.
I think the piece on the government being a part of this now is a really good thing and you can see just how hard they have worked to try and come up with ANY way to get this thing done. Fingers crossed that it won't take too much longer.
