RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Hmmmmmm let it be trueIt was a great decision immediately after I got out of uranium, as I hit an upswing in the cannabis stocks, but I also got caught in the onslaught when cannabis companies took a dive.  So it's a hard call to make at times, but at least with many cannabis stocks your kind of getting in at the bottom again.

When uranium was hot a decade ago, uranium had about 500 companies to invest in and over the decade that has dwindle down to about 40-50 companies.  Ones you are probably already familiar with.  Cannabis had the same problem a few years back when the cannabis sector was hot, companies were popping up everywhere.  There are currently quite a few companies, but many are starting to dwindle away.  You need to do your due diligence to pick the right ones.  Canntrust is an example of a cannabis company that dropped off the market due to poor management, as they were not following Canada Health guidelines.  Their licenses were yanked by the government and no longer trade.  I feel bad for the investors.

That's why management is so important in your investing decisions, which is why I've always liked Ur-energy over the years. Ur-energy has survived over a decade long bearish market in uranium.  You have to hand it to management.  And when the turn around occurs I suspect ur-energy and energy fuels, both US producers will do well.  There's so few uranium companies, so I suspect they will all do well when the time finally arrives.  I'm hoping to buy back some positions in October/November if things look like the utilities are ready to come back into the market next year.

Clint Sharples manages Heritage Cannabis (CANN) and he's known to be great at building companies.  He's had lots of success building companies over the years, his most notible one is Modu-loc Fence Rentals.  They were recently named as a Platinum club winner of Canada's best managed companies program (7 years in a row as a best managed company).  So I believe Heritage is in great hands!  This is a company that has taken several years to put the pieces in place to build a solid foundation.  Yes, there are companies further ahead, but the quality and value of what Heritage will eventually be bringing to the market place will be better than most.  It's just more waiting again.
