usa warrants

usa warrantsThe current buyers of usa warrants at 15 cents when the sp is at 17 cents are idiots imho. I trade warrants. Why would anyone pay 15 cents on a warrant that is exercisable(I think at 12 cents) If you exercise you must pay 12 cents for each share. 12 + 15 equal 27 cents. If anyone on this board can explain how that is a good investment I want to hear about it. Now if I could buy the warrants at 8 cents then I would have 2 warrants instead of one share at 16 cents. This would give me leverage over two shares trading at 16 cents. Perhaps in this case it may make sense. The value of a warrant can be calculated using the black-schoales(sp) option calculator but it is dependent on volatility. I have found common sense and dd plus intuition and simple math a good tool in buying warrants. I lmao when I see these purchases.
