Of course an investor's going to draw their own conclusion, Tahoma's just bringing  a reality check to this silliness.

You think there is a sizeable company in the world that doesnt deal with this ''disgruntled employee'' stuff? Can't please everyone all the time now, can you? Have some perspective man.

Now if you want to see an actual pertinent case of litigation against a mine for a material situation -though I dont believe you are here for any sincere reason- then have a look at Hecla's Lucky Friday mine catastrophe not even a year ago.

Industry deals with disguntled employees all the time. If you want to sound off, then go to Hecla's site and lecture them about morality, cause apparently they need it, dontcha think?
