Nobody moves, nobody gets hurt Well, I guess thats why they have second exits. Having worked in the Commercial Fishing Industry, Building Industry, Logging Industry, and having had more than a few close calls, I and everyone else who works in the real world, realizes that these events happen ALL THE TIME!!!! Maybe you are lucky enough to wear a white collar to your employment, and so the closest call was when you almost choked after getting your tie caught in the pencil sharpener. Get real.
However, if its genuinely safety standards that is motivating your post, then you should go on over to the HECLA board, where you will really have something to wring your hands about.
