Management is Terrible! I lost a lot of money in this company after the fiasco with the startup of Relief Canyon.
They sold 40% of their best asset - the Galena Mine - to Eric Sprott.
They totally destroyed shareholder value and continue to dilute shares. I remember when they did a reverse split and had a share count around 75 million - not sure of the figure but it was low - and management stated they would protect that low share count lol.
I realize higher Silver prices will float all boats so hopefully those prices are coming and the company can do better. Shareholders have suffered for decades with this company floundering and deserve better. I am still curious to see the salaries and stock options management and the BOD have received over the years when shareholders like myself lost a lot of money. Sad reality but no matter how they perform they always get great compensation when they have achieved very little over the years.
Why is this management team and BOD still in place???
