Obviously, hurricane IDA did not disrupt any of the oil properties as we are currently seeing a decline. Now with OPEC gathering this Wednesday, let's see if they choose to increase production. 

With the Hurricane is past weekend, I'm sure there was a lot of optimism that WTI would surpass $70. Nope. Not this time.

No, it was 1.741 mm (or 16% of US production), by last count of shut in production. So a hurricane knocks out 16% of US supply, we’re already at dangerously low inventory and on path for MUCH lower,..... and the WTI price tanks?? ...does anyone believe the manipulation yet????
