The prize at the bottom of the cracker jacks box

Apparently , there is going to be a shortage of toys for xmas this year.
So here is one that adults can enjoy - Over 2 million acres of undeveloped nat gas and oil lands in Europe. Even at $1000 per acre that equals $ 2 billion.
I am sure the land is worth a lot more than that. Once developed it can be worth many many times more. Scrub the div. Get drilling Europe is absolutely starved for nat gas. Even Nord Steam 2 won't change that if Europe ever wants to get their GHG' s down. The world is awash in Coal. Replacing it with nat gas is the only way to go. Not perfect but a heck of a lot better than the fairy dust the politicians are offering.

I truly see this going back to $50  ...more

Try $10,000 per acre , certainly not unreasonable give nat gas prices over 20 USD per mmbtu. then think USD !!
