RE:VET Shortssherry, your post is a perfect example of what I said about you a couple of weeks ago and should serve as an example to others on how not to invest. You start with a premise and you view everything in the world in such a way to support that premise. You totally ignore and twist facts to keep firm to your original premise. 

This trait probably makes you an incredibly loyal person. But that same trait will make you an absolutely lousy investor. JMHO GLTA.

Corona virus is still a strong motivator for shorts.
They are sitting on huge gains.
But they have to cover at some stage. They also know that they make money only when they cover. 
Oil has recovered two dollars from the bottom. It will stay volatile. But bottom is somewhere here.
Shorts like buyers will like to make sure that bottom is really in.
Again it is a matter of time.
China has been critisized for their high handed methods to control COVID-19 but news reports say, " It is working".
Let us hope so.
