Yeah there is shortages all around I'm not sure the hesistation in prices . Even oil levels at around 5yr average and gasoline levels below 5 year avg odd we aren't seeing higher prices . Oh well our friends at API rolled a couple dice and said we have a draw in oil this week let's see what eia says tomorrow .
