RE:What happens if there is a deal with Iran?The Iran embargo is not really working, China is buying lots of Iran's oil (likely at discounted black market prices), and they are also serving neighbours like Afghanistan.  

US could go in and (ahem) fix Venezuela if it wanted/needed to.

Interesting conundrum, tho, given Joe would rather see an oversupply.  So he might turn a blind eye. 

He has not already shown he will not protect US producers. I get the sense that the SPR swaps/sales are not really moving/doing well.  I wonder how participative or interested the US companies are ... and what the prices are like.
