Very undervalued???

Very undervalued???Vermillion seems to be doing all the right things
Buying back shares
the just cut their debt from 2 billion to under 1 billion
just increased their dividend, and I'm guessing they will increase it even more this quarter
(according to their presentation)
price is well below their book value
price is 2 times earnings
Price of oil is high seventies
European nat gas is strong
high cash flow
but,
i just can't figure out why this stock is at year low
oh well buy some more of this stock, worth the dividend while I wait for it to go higher
