I really don't believe attacking individuals will make anyone better... Let's focus on why we are invested in VIT...

Cold weather is not a surprise for Yukon and it should not be a surprise for VIT either.

With proper planning comes proper execution. Considering VIT is listing -45C weather as an issue makes me believe they failed to plan for it.

Blaming poor planning and poor execution on weather is just lame,,, 

What is concerning is the fact that the other issues (chutes and screens, software, dust collection system etc.) are still listed as issues after so many months they were initially identified. Do they have a plan to address those issues or are they just keep them as excuses? The weather will eventually change, so they won't be able to use that excuse for much longer...
