Victoria Gold Corp. is a Canada-based gold mining company. The Company is engaged in the operation, exploration and acquisition of mineral properties. Its flagship asset is its 100% owned Dublin Gulch property, which includes the Eagle Gold Deposit, the Olive Deposit, Raven Gold Deposit, the Wolf Tungsten Deposit, the Potato Hills Trend, including the Nugget, Lynx, Popeye, Rex-Peso, East Potato Hills, Eagle West, Falcon, as well as other targets. The Dublin Gulch Project is situated in central Yukon, Canada, approximately 375 kilometers north of the capital city of Whitehorse. The property covers an area of approximately 555 square kilometers, is accessible by road year-round and is powered by the Yukon energy grid. The Eagle and Olive deposits include probable reserves of approximately 3.3 million ounces of gold from 155 million tons of ore with a grade of 0.65 grams of gold per ton. I am by far no historic expert here and I think its very unlikely that VGC is bought from Orion that wont happen and yes VGC wasnt cheap at 20 Cad but if they deliver on their plan the 15 to 20 Cad is fair valued there and at 12'Cad they arent too expensive. Yes they hedged Gold but they are flexible in the 1500 to 1900 range and have floor and high as limit. So whatever the PoG will be they earn money even at their All in costs from q3 or? I think if they deliver on their reduced outlook for q4 it will be very good. Yes they should have done a PP for exploration campaign but so they show the market that there will be no more dilution which may create more shareholder value in the long term vs the fear that they dilute further for drilling. I think at this current 12 cad level its not a bad call and VGC has decent risk reward ratio but Iam open for fair discussions :) best from Germany Tec
