You created a screen name just now to tell us it is very good news ?  LMAO The largest shareholder sells more then 11% of its holdings and at $17 which is well below todays close of $18.65 and much further off the 52 week high of $21+ just 2 weeks ago.  If it is so desireable why having to sell below market by nearly 10%? If the largest investor in VG is bailing out in a gold rush,that speaks volumes.Something is very wrong,probably they see the numbers that they are trying to achieve are unachiievable and costs are way to high, with this inexperienced and incompetent managment team.I think Orion did the homework for a lot of people.

Hi again and thanks for your post. I am by far no historic expert here and I think its very unlikely that VGC is bought from Orion that wont happen and yes VGC wasnt cheap at 20 Cad but if they deliver on their plan the 15 to 20 Cad is fair valued there and at 12'Cad they arent too expensive. Yes they hedged Gold but they are flexible in the 1500 to 1900 range and have floor and high as limit. ...more
