We are living in very interesting times, (for gold investors especially). No one seems to know why the POG has taken off the way it has.  Some point to central banks that are buying at record levels, others believe it is the Fed about to cut rates as a cause. Just my quick $ .02.... I'd welcome some great Raven news but I think it would only temporarily bump up the stock for a week or so... it's still likely years away from being mined or productive (I could be wrong) so I don't see it as a short term catalyst to stock price for the next year or two. This company needs to maximize what it alresdy has.

The other recent catalyst for POG may have been the quietly reported starting price $1B bailout last week of a NY bank exposed to commercial real estate. More money will be needed for it, and maybe others. The powers that be "learned" from 2008; don't let anything fail like Lehman did. Make another zombie instead, so people don't run for the exits, and keep kicking the reckoning

Brics does not need dollar or gold. Brics have physical goods. You want a bicycle they gave you a bicycle. No need for dolllar or gold at all. gold ETF is selling. stocks is a different world comparing to physical. It has some correlations but the connection is not solid
