SP lagging now

$7-800 profit per Oz at these levels.  That is on low side.  If gold stays solidly in $2100s we have to move don't we?

If market is in the same mood I am, it will wait q1 prod nbrs and would like to know if the hedging program has been updated (they were providing the info in the monthly presentation but did not in the last one!!!) 25% prod is hedged (fwd sales at 2050 avge? ) as far as I remember and their put lost value but do not cap the price of the oz sold

Kegman. The profitability of the company does not have direct correlation with its market cap. It is related but not really. In London stock exchange, there were some Russian gold mines that were listed. Their market cap is nowhere near their operation. Why? They only had a value because they paid dividend. Kegman stop driking the koolaid and smoking the wacky tobacky!  $800 profit per ounce?  WTF are you talking about?  All in Cost were are about $1700 US so they would need $2500 US for an $800 profit!

Last year their profit was about $160 an ounce.  Average price sold last year was over $1900 US so at $2100 they will make about $360 an ounce.
