It would be an amazing deal for the aquirer who could now own half of Eagle for only a couple hundred mill? That would take the pressure off, and I think the share price would probably quadruple if not more on the news. I have to think someone is sniffing around right now. Would be a great deal on all sides. Just my opinion.

Whatever they do, they won't file for bankruptsy. And i perfectly understand that JM is turning his phone off for now;he has other things to do than answering to millions of people.

Stevie, are you for real?  JM isn't going to pick up the phone at all because he's trying to work out a plan so that he can plan his escape!!! He's one busy dude....if he's in his office then he's not doing his job!!!  He needs to be on site from yesterday till whenever they have a plan to clean things up.
